Elf Appleby

Elf Appleby has extensive experience in finance and contract management, currently serving as Contracts Manager and Business Development Analyst at Peabody since July 2017, where responsibilities include contract management for the Care and Support directorate and financial appraisals for service reviews. Prior to this, Elf held multiple roles at Family Mosaic from 2007 to 2017, contributing finance support, managing business support teams, and specializing in Care and Support budgets. Earlier professional experience includes positions as Finance Officer at Colchester Quaker Housing Association and Signpost Resource Centres. Educational qualifications include an AAT Level 4 Advanced Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Colchester Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of Essex.
