Elly H.

Elly H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Elly'smost recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer at Peabody, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Notting Hill Genesis, including Group Director of Assets & Sustainability and Programme Director - Merger. Elly also worked at the Chartered Institute of Housing as Vice President and Governing Board Member. Elly'searlier experience includes positions at Orbit Group and A2Dominion Group, where they focused on business improvement and housing management. Elly has demonstrated leadership skills, strategic planning, and expertise in areas such as asset management, sustainability, and mergers.

Elly H. obtained a Master of Science degree in Health, Wellbeing, and Sustainable Buildings from UCL from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Housing from the University of the West of England between 2009 and 2012. Elly also has additional certifications including a Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute in 2016. In 2009, they became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a Graduate Member of RICS. Furthermore, Elly has completed various short-term programs and courses in subjects such as programme management, designing operating models, workplace mediation, coaching, and mentoring.
