Grace Lloyd

Grace Lloyd is an experienced professional in asset management, currently serving as the Head of Asset Optimisation at Peabody since April 2024, and previously holding the position of Head of Service - Strategic Asset Appraisals at Aster Group UK since August 2012. Grace has demonstrated strategic and tactical leadership across various asset management portfolios, focusing on asset performance, stock rationalisation, and estate regeneration. An extensive background includes roles as Property Investment Manager and Senior Stock Appraisal Officer at Aster, where responsibilities encompassed generating income through asset disposals and conducting options appraisals. Grace holds a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management, Property Investment and Finance from the University College of Estate Management, alongside a BA (Hons) in International Marketing Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
