Phil Church is a seasoned professional in the development sector, currently serving as the Director of Land and Partnerships for Peabody since November 2017, focusing on strategy and sustainable housing development in the North Region of London. Previously, as Head of New Business and Regional Development Manager at Peabody, Phil led teams to uncover development opportunities and foster partnerships to achieve ambitious housing targets. Prior experience includes roles at Family Mosaic, Genesis Housing Group, Wandle, and Croydon Council, building a robust background in project management and new business development. Phil holds a BA in Architecture from Newcastle University, obtained in 2003.
