Josh Modrell

Josh Modrell is an experienced Technical Director and Lighting Department Head with a diverse background in circus, dance, music, theatre, and live experiences. They currently hold the position of Technical Director at the Peace Center, where they oversee the production team and manage substantial budgets. Previously, Josh worked as Theatre Production Assistant for the City of Lakewood and as Lighting Department Head at Chapman University, where they prioritized safety and community representation. Their personal interests include adventure travel, architecture, LGBTQIA+ activism, photography, and woodworking.
