Mark Heffernan has over 20 years of work experience. Mark began their career in 2003 as an Event Assistant at Butler Basketball School. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Campaign Worker for Representative Ray Gonzalez Election Committee and as a Server/Waiter at The Palace Renaissance & Royale Assisted Living. In 2010, they joined Avaya as a Global Inside Sales - Triage, where they qualified leads for the Inside Sales team and was recognized with a Consistent Performer Award. Mark then served as a Global Inside Sales - Transactional representative before moving on to become an Inside Territory Account Manager for Avaya, covering the West Region of Canada and managing accounts in Alberta. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Territory Account Manager, handling the New Mexico, South Central Texas, and Louisiana territories. In 2019, they became a Named Account Manager for Avaya, focusing on the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. Currently, Mark Heffernan holds the position of Senior Account Executive at Peace Communications, where they provide enterprise customers with comprehensive telecommunications and IT solutions.
Mark Heffernan attended Florida International University's College of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
