Joe N.

Joe N. is an experienced communication professional with a strong background in internal and public communications, currently serving as the Acting Deputy Director of Internal Communications at the Peace Corps since March 2019. Joe has held multiple roles within the organization, including Internal Communications Specialist and Acting Deputy Director of Programmatic Communications, focusing on implementing strategies to enhance team dynamics and broaden awareness of the Peace Corps. Prior experience includes serving as Communication Strategy Chief for the US Marine Corps, where responsibilities encompassed crisis communication and public relations messaging, as well as community relations. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort and has completed relevant courses at Defense Information School.
