Katrina Castner

Katrina Castner is an experienced professional currently serving as a Supervisory Country Desk Officer at the Peace Corps since July 2018, with responsibilities including overseeing Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama, and previously holding roles such as Administrative Officer and Special Assistant to the Chief Human Capital Officer. From August 2014 to December 2017, Katrina excelled as a Peace Corps Volunteer Leader, developing cultural and technical training for volunteers and partnering with local nationals for needs assessments. Additionally, Katrina taught English in Colombia, co-developing lessons for 400 students and building community partnerships while serving as the 2016 Carnaval Queen. Earlier experience includes supervisory roles at Agganis Arena at Boston University and internships at Napa Valley Hospice & Adult Day Services and Puertas Abiertas Community Resource Center. Katrina holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Boston University, earned in 2014.
