Kristin Farr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, community development, and business consulting. As the Director of Training Program at the Peace Corps since January 2015, Kristin leads a complex training initiative for over 100 US field workers in Panama, overseeing logistical planning and fiscal resources. Previously, Kristin served as a Master Trainer, developing a comprehensive training program for both US and Panamanian staff in various sectors. Earlier roles at the Peace Corps included Natural Resource Conservation Program Volunteer Leader and Small Business Advising Consultant, where Kristin improved local initiatives in Ecuador. Kristin's earlier experience at Fort Worth Zoo encompassed various roles, ultimately leading to managerial positions. Kristin holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a degree in International Business from The University of Texas at Arlington.
