Lea Solomon

Lea Solomon is a dedicated professional with a background in public health and French & Francophone Studies, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from William & Mary. Currently serving as a Community Health Educator for the Peace Corps since June 2023, Lea has previously gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, contributing to project management for the Tanzania HIV Impact Survey. Additional roles include an internship at BASILIADE, where Lea assisted in community health activities and authored a substantial ethnographic paper on oral communication in health, and as an Education Program Support Assistant for USAID, where Lea was involved in designing youth well-being initiatives in Tanzania.
