Robert Hahn is an accomplished Avalanche Forecasting Meteorologist at Northwest Avalanche Center since May 2017, focusing on mountain weather and avalanche products for public safety. Concurrently, Robert serves as a Literacy Specialist for the Peace Corps, implementing literacy techniques through workshops and full-class instructions, and previously trained pupils and teachers in Western Uganda. Robert's earlier experience includes meteorological modeling at ENVIRON, research at the University of Washington investigating weather model deficiencies, and contributions to the Stockholm Environmental Institute's Land Use Change Emissions model. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences from Williams College.
