Isaac Cudjoe, PhD, has a diverse work experience encompassing various leadership roles and fellowships. From 2022 to the present, they serve as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Peace First. Additionally, starting from 2022, they hold the position of Alumni Association Board President at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Prior to these roles, Cudjoe worked at Walden University from 2019 to 2022, where they served as the Director of the Center for Social Change and later as the Chief of Staff. At Walden, they contributed to advancing the university's mission and vision, fostering a culture of social change, managing governance issues, and launching new initiatives. In 2018, they were a Fellow at both The African Middle Eastern Leadership (AMEL) Project and the Young African Leadership Initiative. Cudjoe also gained experience as a Program Officer at CSIET (Council on Standards for International Educational Travel) from 2016 to 2017 and as a Student Policy Committee member at the Congressional Black Caucus Institute 21st Century Council from 2013 to 2014.
Isaac Cudjoe, PhD, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Public Policy & Administration from Walden University. Isaac completed this degree program between 2019 and 2022. Prior to their PhD, they pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Public Policy at Walden University from 2019 to 2021.
Isaac also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence from Brandeis University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2018.
Furthermore, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Mount St. Mary's University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
