Kenneth M. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kenneth is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Peace Hills Insurance since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Digital Transformation at Cashco Financial from September 2019 to May 2020.

From 2012 to 2019, Kenneth worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager, where they provided advisory services to clients in customer-facing program development and business expansion. During their time there, they led the development of two new brands in Alberta.

Before joining Deloitte, Kenneth worked at Alberta Health Services as a Project Manager and later as a Business Analyst in various departments. In these roles, they played a crucial role in the merger of multiple health delivery organizations, developed IT strategies, and prepared business cases for technology solutions.

Kenneth's earliest work experience was at Capital Health, where they served as an EMR Application Coordinator for the eClinician project. Kenneth played an important role in implementing the leading Ambulatory EMR, EpicCare Ambulatory, for the first time in Canada.

Overall, Kenneth M. has a diverse range of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, business analysis, project management, and healthcare technology implementation.

Kenneth M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria in 2006. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in May 2015, the Business Process Framework Foundation from TM Forum in October 2014, the TOGAF 9 - Foundation Level from The Open Group in May 2014, the ITIL Foundations from Loyalist Certification Services in July 2011, and the EpicCare Ambulatory certification from Epic in January 2007.

Our head office is located in Edmonton, Alberta, with branch offices in Calgary, Alberta and Vancouver, British Columbia. We currently employ over 200 staff, who work with over 478 independent broker offices across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory. We are proudly owned by Samson Cree Nation, who were looking for a new venture in which to invest their oil and gas royalties in the early ‘80’s.
