Scott Poirier is an experienced Developer and Systems Analyst currently providing development support and program enhancements for finance and accounting web applications at Peace Hills Insurance since January 2016. Previously, Scott served as an Agile Product Owner and Senior Developer at SciQuest, where responsibilities included managing priorities, facilitating communication, and coordinating tasks in an Agile environment. At Upside Software, Scott led a development team focusing on document management features and enhanced third-party capabilities, and also held a role as Developer Analyst. Early career experience includes a practicum at NAIT, where Scott contributed to the design and development of a web application for individuals with developmental disabilities. Scott holds a diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.
