Enrico Frezza

Enrico Frezza has extensive experience in business operations and strategy. From 2009 to 2015, they held the role of Vice President at S.P.E.I. 2000, where they took charge of technical and organizational interests, developed strategic plans to increase profits, supervised and cataloged the organization's daily, monthly, and yearly operations, and introduced innovative, modern manufacturing techniques that reduced production costs by 12%. In 2013, they founded EF Tech Solutions LLC, where they served as Founder & CEO. In 2016, they co-founded Mr. Speck's LLC, where they developed long and short-term strategies and tactics for growth, developed the brand and messaging to attract and retain customers, and managed budgets for marketing and operations. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have served as Founder & CEO of Peace Out Skincare, where they have developed patented technology skincare solutions, developed long and short-term vision and strategy for growth, overseen all operations and business activities, maintained relations with key partners and stakeholders, analyzed problematic situations and occurrences, and managed budgets for marketing, operations, and technology.

Enrico Frezza obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Miami in 2014. Enrico then attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2015-2016, where they earned a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Enrico also holds a National BTEC Business Award from the National BTEC U.K.
