The Project Management team at Peace Parks Foundation is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing conservation initiatives and cross-border projects within transfrontier conservation areas. They work closely with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that project goals align with conservation objectives and socio-economic development, while effectively monitoring progress and addressing challenges. Through their efforts, the team contributes to the sustainable management of biodiversity and the enhancement of regional stability in southern Africa.
