Masato Yakabe

Masato Yakabe has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Mission at Peace Winds, which they started in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Administrative Staff at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) from November 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they served as an Administrative Officer at the Embassy of Japan in Turkey from March 2018 to March 2020. Masato'searlier experience includes working as a Consultant Sales at Johnson & Johnson from April 2017 to December 2017.

Masato Yakabe received their Bachelor's degree in Turkish Language, Peace, and Conflict Studies from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies in 2017. In 2023, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex, which they completed in 2025.
