Patrick Hurley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and disaster services. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Refugee Programs at Peace Winds since 2016, Patrick has previously held roles at FEMA as an External Affairs and NDRS Recovery Coordination Reservist from 2013 to 2017. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at Businesses Ending Slavery & Trafficking (BEST) from 2015 to 2016, and Executive Director at Downtown Bellingham Partnership from 2013 to 2015. Patrick also contributed to the American Red Cross in disaster services from 2010 to 2015, and served as an Associate Protection Officer at UNHCR from 2007 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Dakota, along with study experiences at the University of Oxford and Rangsit University.
