Mandy King

Mandy King, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at PEACE, Inc. since November 2022. Previously, Mandy held the position of Director of Human Resources & Staff Development at The Arc of Madison Cortland from 2014 to 2022, overseeing HR activities for an organization with over 450 employees. Mandy's extensive background includes various roles at Morrisville State College, where responsibilities spanned from Associate Director of Housing Operations to Director of Human Resources and Affirmative Action, managing HR functions across three campus locations. Earlier experience includes positions at Le Moyne College focused on residence life and student staffing. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego and two master's degrees from Syracuse University.
