Alli Houtsma

Alli Houtsma, MS, currently serves as Program Director of Value Based Care Analytics at PeaceHealth, a position held since December 2018, following various roles within the organization since 2002. In this capacity, Alli leads teams in the development of quality improvement dashboards, including critical COVID-19 dashboards and a comprehensive Quality and Strategic Planning dashboard for the PeaceHealth Board. Previous positions at PeaceHealth include Healthcare Quality Analytic Program Manager, Healthcare Quality Data Scientist, and Analytic Program Manager for the Surgical Improvement Model, among others, where Alli engineered multi-visit patient dashboards, pay-for-performance tools, and high-performing data analytics teams, significantly impacting clinical excellence across a 10-hospital system. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Research Psychology from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Medical Psychology from Oral Roberts University.
