Michelle Hensgens serves as the System Vice President of Growth & Ambulatory Care at PeaceHealth since December 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Integration at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System from October 2018 to December 2020. Michelle's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Business Development, as well as Manager roles in Business Development and Service Excellence at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, and a position as Telemedicine Coordinator. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
