Stacy Phelps

Stacy Phelps is a seasoned professional in healthcare management and community relations, currently serving as the Community Liaison for Whatcom Hospice at PeaceHealth since December 2021. Previously, Stacy held significant roles such as Account Manager at Signature Healthcare at Home and Medical Services Administrative Manager for the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe, overseeing the administration of the Tribal Health Clinic. Prior experience includes being the Principal Consultant at Physician Growth Strategies, focusing on enhancing hospital-physician relationships, and directing business development and physician relations at United General Hospital and the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. Stacy holds a BA in Social Sciences from Washington State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and has an educational background from both California State University, Chico, and Ventura College.
