Trevor Blake

Trevor Blake is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Food Operations Manager at Peach Pubs since April 2023. With a long-standing career at Peach Pub Company beginning in February 2005, Trevor has held positions as chef and partner. Trevor also gained valuable experience as Sous Chef at Hotel Du Vin from January 2003 to January 2004. Trevor's education was completed at Birmingham College of Food, further enhancing culinary expertise.
