Rozalyn Reed has over 15 years of work experience in customer service, client care, and program specialist roles. Rozalyn began their career in 2004 as an Instructor for Kumon North America, Inc., where they taught basic fundamentals of math and reading to children between the ages of three to six. In 2007, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist for St. Luke's House, where they greeted and checked in patients, answered inbound calls, and scheduled appointments.
