Keegan Bisch

Keegan Bisch is currently the VP of Originations at Peachtree Hotel Group. Prior to joining Peachtree, Keegan was with Lowe Enterprises Investors from 2010 to 2018 where they served as Vice President - Debt & Structured Investments. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and negotiating debt and preferred equity investments as well as providing strategic oversight and asset management across multiple loan portfolios on behalf of separate account investment clients. Keegan originated bridge and construction loans of $10M-$75M structured as stretch senior, mezzanine, and preferred equity. Keegan focused on hospitality, multi-family and office properties in all major US markets.

From 2008 to 2010, Keegan was an Associate with New Group, LLC where they worked in real estate development. Prior to that, Keegan worked as a Senior Analyst with Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital from 2006 to 2008 and as a Loan Analyst with Venture West Funding from 2005 to 2006.

Keegan Bisch graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Business/Economics.
