Nicole Havens

Nicole is primarily responsible for driving topline revenue across the Peachtree portfolio through development of RM leaders and implementation of innovative strategies.

Nicole joined Peachtree in 2021 after leading several hospitality management/development companies to great success through fruitful and challenged economic cycles. As a graduate from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business, Nicole had a perfect launching pad for a career in hospitality. Her breadth of experience expands from Hilton corporate, property level leadership, multi-brand management support, to asset development. This has allowed for a strong history in facilitating team training and development within the core disciples of Sales, Revenue Management, and eCommerce. During her career, Nicole has driven Commercial Strategy for owned and managed portfolios inclusive of limited and full-service properties across the Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt landscape. Within the diversity of portfolio management, Nicole has extensively partnered with some of the top REITs in the country bringing a key focus on owner relations tailoring communication and strategic roadmaps to fit the goals of 3rd party asset management teams.
