Yan Portnoy

As Director of I.T. for Peachtree Hotel Group, Yan is responsible for IT risk management, technology software and hardware support, and IT vendor management.

Yan has over 30 years of Information Technology experience. Prior to joining Peachtree, he spent 17 years in the I.T. department for Hilton. Yan started as an I.T. technician and grew to I.T. Manager of the Southeast Cluster. He graduated from Kishinev Polytechnic Institute in Moldova, former USSR, with a degree in Computer Engineering and Georgia State University with degree of Computer Science. Yan has extensive knowledge in multiple areas of Information Technology and System Administration field.
