Larisa Fridlyand has extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Larisa began their career as an Emergency Room RN at Paramus Volunteer Ambulance Co in 2007 and continued in the same role at Maimonides Medical Center, Montefiore Hospital, and New York-Presbyterian Hospital. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Nurse Practitioner at Weill Cornell Medicine, where they worked until 2023. During their time at Weill Cornell Medicine, they also worked as a Community Paramedicine Coordinator (NP) at Bon Secours Health System from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, Larisa Fridlyand served as an Area Lead Nurse Practitioner at Peachy starting in December 2020.

Larisa Fridlyand's education history includes earning a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they furthered their education at New York University and completed a Master's Degree in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2015.
