Marco Santamaria is a Patent Attorney at Peacock Law P.C. since April 2019, previously serving as a Patent Agent and Law Clerk. Santamaria was a Law Student Division Regional Representative for the Hispanic National Bar Association from August 2019 to May 2020 and completed a Judicial Internship at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in early 2019. A Legal Intern for the U.S. Navy in late 2018, Santamaria also worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Bleus & Associates, contributing to plaintiff tort litigation. Prior to law, Santamaria was a Project Scientist at Veteran HealthCare, leading scientific studies on physiological shock, and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of California, San Diego. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The University of New Mexico School of Law and advanced degrees in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
