Katy Florance is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and property management. At Peacock Construction since September 2015, Katy serves as a Senior Project Manager and previously held the role of Project Manager. Prior experience includes ten years at Jones Lang LaSalle, where Katy advanced from Property Administrator to Assistant General Manager, and finally to General Manager, overseeing significant Class "A" office and retail properties in San Francisco. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 1988 and 1992.

This work is executed and supervised by our employees, who are skilled in every phase of tenant improvements. • Commercial Tenant Improvements Laboratories, printing plants, in vitro fertilization facilities, veterinary surgical clinics, server rooms, and telephone rooms have all been stand-alone projects or part of a larger tenant improvement job. • Industrial Tenant Improvements We have completed warehouse and tenant improvement jobs from "10% TI's" to larger build-outs with complete office facilities including mezzanines, special storage, and upgraded electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to meet specific tenant needs. HEALTHCARE We can handle a wide range of health care facility construction, including ambulatory care projects and OSHPD projects in acute care settings. Over the years, our team has successfully completed projects in adult and pediatric medical centers, medical offices, clinical laboratories, nursing/rehabilitation centers, outpatient care centers, and MOBS.
