As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Peak 15 Capital since January 2019, John Azar leads a firm dedicated to providing exceptional services in commercial multifamily real estate and hospitality sectors. In addition to this role, John Azar co-founded Peak Titans in August 2024 and serves as a founding partner at Essential Realty Partners since January 2022, while also contributing as a member of the Board of Directors for Gaston College. Previously, John Azar held key positions including Managing Member at MACC Venture Partners, Sr. Vice President at Citizens Financial Group, and Vice President at Bank of America. With an MBA in Finance and Management from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a BA in English/Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, John Azar combines a strong educational foundation with a diverse professional background.
