Lutz Brüggemann has extensive experience in the field of design and conversion. Lutz started their career at TAPAS & TWAIN in 2006 as a Screendesigner, where they were responsible for designing print ads, creating screendesigns, developing brochures, and delivering presentations. Lutz then moved on to One to Smile in 2008, where they worked as an Art Director, specializing in cross-media design, marketing concept development, logo design, and mentoring apprentices. In 2011, Brüggemann joined Flaconi as an Art Director, and later transitioned to K - New Media GmbH & Co. KG in 2012 as a Grafiker. At ConversionLift in 2014, they worked as a Conversion Designer and eventually became the Head of Conversion Design. Lutz joined LEAP Digital Marketing GmbH in 2015 as the Head of Conversion Design, where they were involved in the conception and design of conversion-focused landing pages, wireframes/prototypes, A/B tests, newsletters, and corporate design. Since 2017, Brüggemann has been working at Peak Ace AG, initially as a Senior Web Designer and later as the Expert Lead Design & Conversion and currently as the Head of Creative. In these roles, they have been responsible for creating conversion-driven responsive landing pages, wireframes/prototypes/click dummies, A/B tests, pitch designs, customer presentations, and workshops. Lutz has also mentored and trained junior designers and played a key role in the overall development and growth of the creative department.
Lutz Brüggemann began their education in 2002 at Berufliche Schule Waren an der Müritz, where they studied Mediendesign until 2005. During the same period, from 2002 to 2005, they also attended Kremke mediaworks and obtained a degree in Mediengestalter Digital- und Print FR Mediendesign in 2005.
In terms of additional certifications, Lutz Brüggemann earned their OKR Cloud Academy certification from MURAKAMY in October 2022. Lutz also obtained an Ausbilderschein (berufs- und arbeitspädagogische Qualifikation) from the Industrie- und Handelskammer zu Berlin in April 2010.
