Paul Crooks

Paul Crooks has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul began their career at Rockwell Collins, where they worked as an Engineer from 1980 to 1983. Paul then moved to Apple Computer as an Engineer from 1983 to 1985. Paul joined PepsiCo in 1985 and held various roles, including Materials Manager, Group Manager, and Regional Director of Field Sales Finance. Paul worked at PepsiCo until 2003. In 2004, they joined Puritan Financial Companies as the Chief Financial Officer and later became the Chief Operating Officer. During their time at Puritan Financial Companies, Paul successfully negotiated a stock sale and acquired sixteen Insurance agency books of business. In 2016, they founded their own company, The Quiet Hum, LLC, where they served as the Founder and Managing Director. The Quiet Hum, LLC focuses on operations and financial excellence, and Paul started two divisions within the company: Lean Growth Strategies and CRM Performance Strategies. Paul recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Peak American Financial Companies, Inc. starting in September 2020.

Paul Crooks attended Iowa State University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2002, they enrolled in a Lean Manufacturing - Executive Program at The Ohio State University. Additionally, in 2001, they participated in a Business Strategy - Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
