Kyle Gardner

Kyle oversees capital improvements and renovations for Peak’s properties in the Midwest and LivCor portfolio. Prior to working for Peak Living, he was a project and program manager for the Federal Government, primarily with the General Services Administration (GSA). There he managed numerous tenant improvements and building mechanical system upgrades for Federally owned real estate throughout Utah. While at GSA, Kyle was selected to oversee a rare project involving the exchange of real property for construction goods and services. Kyle currently holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a has held previous certifications with USGBC and PMI. Kyle graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Construction Management.
