Scott Walton

Scott Walton is an Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners. He oversees the asset performance and management operations for the firm’s portfolio in Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.

Scott’s background is construction/property management of government owned and leased facilities. Scott began his career with the General Services Administration where he managed capital construction projects on owned assets. He was promoted to manage the on-site operations, budgets and projects for the 2 million square feet of federal space in Utah. After another promotion, Scott took on responsibility for all facility management operations in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and Utah. He oversaw on-site operations, budget execution and project completion for an inventory of approximately 5 million square feet of space. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Management from Brigham Young University.
