Johan van Mil

Johan van Mil has founded and served as the managing partner of Peak, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on European SaaS, Marketplaces, and Platforms. Johan has led investments in companies such as IENS, Radionomy, CheapCargo, Catawiki, United Wardrobe, Flinders, and others. Johan has also co-founded and served as the Chairman of the Investment Committee at Healthy.Capital, an investment fund for early-stage Health & Care startups. Johan is currently an advisory board member at AG5 Skills Management Software and a board member at Ocean.io, journy.io, Hello Customer, StoryChief, and Media Distillery. Johan is also a panel member at BNR Nieuwsradio's BNR Zakendoen and a board member at bao.

Johan van Mil attended the University of Antwerp from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen (Applied Economic Sciences). Prior to that, they attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1989 to 1990, with a focus on Small Business. In terms of additional certifications, Johan earned the Wilderness Trail Zuid Afrika certification from Teamwork Productions in July 2022. Johan also completed the ScaleUpNation Board Program offered by ScaleUpNation in November 2019.
