Laura Stude is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and customer insights. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Insights and Retention at Peak Design since February 2024, Laura co-founded surefoot.me, where a commitment to ethics and customer care defined success from August 2017 to January 2024. Previous roles include Head of Product Management at CROmetrics, where team development and personal growth were prioritized, and A/B Testing & Optimization Lead for Hillary for America, which leveraged insights from past campaigns. Early career experiences ranged from front-end developer roles to starting a failed venture, eLegacy, which catalyzed a transition into the tech industry. Laura holds a BA in Electronic Media Arts & Design from the University of Denver.
