Elsa Chin is the Head of the Core Team for Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She oversees grants management, finance/budget, and data for the department. JPMorgan Chase annually invests more than $350 million to create pathways to opportunity so that individuals have access to the knowledge, skills, resources, and capital they need to compete in the global economy.
