Amos Ross has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Amos started their career as an Auditor and Consultant at Cherry Bekaert & Holland from 2006 to 2008. Amos then worked as a Senior Accountant at ICF International from 2008 to 2012. At Caterpillar Inc., they held the position of ICC from February 2012 to August 2012. Amos also worked as a Finance Rotational Manager at Highmark Health from August 2012 to April 2015, where they gained experience in finance, procurement, and project management. Amos pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business between 2009 and 2011. Amos then joined Merck as a Senior Financial Analyst - Intern for a short period from June 2010 to August 2010. Amos joined Gateway Health in April 2015, where they held the roles of Director, Decision Support & Medicare and Senior Director Finance until March 2018. From April 2018 to June 2021, they worked at Highmark Inc. as Director Revenue Program Management and later as VP, Medicaid Medical Cost Initiatives. Currently, Amos Ross is serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Peak Health, starting from June 2021.
Amos Ross pursued their education in a step-by-step manner, starting with obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Virginia University. In this pursuit, they attended the university until the completion of their undergraduate studies in 2005.
Subsequently, Amos Ross chose to further enhance their knowledge and skills by enrolling at Carnegie Mellon University. Amos pursued concurrent degrees -- a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, Strategy & Operations from the Tepper School of Business and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz School of Management. Amos successfully completed both programs, attending from 2009 to 2011.
