Norma Juarez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in utility billing and customer service management. Currently serving as a Senior Utility Billing specialist at Peak Living since September 2021, Norma previously held the position of Billing Manager at Conservice The Utility Experts® from November 2019 to September 2021. Norma's earlier roles include Quality Assurance Coordinator and Customer Service Supervisor at Bed Bath & Beyond and Tai Pan Trading, respectively. With a solid educational background, holding an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Salt Lake Community College and additional studies at Weber State University, Norma brings a strong foundation in management and operational optimization to her work.
