Steve Zamiska

Steve Zamiska, PMP, is an experienced program manager currently with Peak Nano since September 2023 and previously with Moog Space and Defense Group from February 2016 to September 2023. At Moog, Steve implemented a process for revising legacy platform drawings in collaboration with various defense organizations, achieving significant cost and lead time reductions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Steve transitioned a physical Kanban system to a fully virtual format, enhancing stakeholder visibility and improving on-time delivery. Prior roles include various positions at ComDoc, Inc., where responsibilities included coordinating team workloads and ensuring production deadlines. Steve also served as manager of the CSU Print Shop at Cleveland State University from 2011 to 2014, following an assistant manager role.
