Ann also established and grew their own consulting, training, and public speaking firm. Ann has held various leadership positions at Sammons Financial Group Companies, Sammons Retirement Solutions, and ING, where they developed and implemented strategies for distribution, sales, and marketing of life insurance and annuity products. Ann is recognized as a subject matter expert in the industry and has been featured in key publications.
Ann Hughes has a Master of Education - MEd degree in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development from Iowa State University. Ann also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Political Science and Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development, also from Iowa State University.
