Ann Hughes

Ann Hughes has a wealth of experience in sales and business development in the financial services industry. Ann is currently the Vice President, Head of Sales and Business Development at Peak Outsourcing, where they are responsible for driving business growth and expanding the company's presence globally. Prior to this role, Ann served as the President of The Female Affect, where they provided consulting services to major financial services companies, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and improving efficiencies. Ann also established and grew their own consulting, training, and public speaking firm. Ann has held various leadership positions at Sammons Financial Group Companies, Sammons Retirement Solutions, and ING, where they developed and implemented strategies for distribution, sales, and marketing of life insurance and annuity products. Ann is recognized as a subject matter expert in the industry and has been featured in key publications.
