Benjo Julian has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Benjo started their career in 2013 as an Administrative Staff at Capiz State University Dayao Campus. Benjo then worked as a Faculty member at Saint Mary's Academy of Capiz from 2014 to 2017. Following this, they served as a Teacher at Malate Catholic School from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Sr. Operations Representative at Capital One, where they handled account-related concerns and provided optimal solutions to customers. In 2019, they joined Sykes Asia Incorporated as a Customer Service Agent, providing support to life insurance policy holders. Benjo then worked at Concentrix as an Advisor II, Customer Service, handling inbound and outbound calls for Optus Residential and Business customers. In 2020, they served as a Data Management Executive at G9 Outsourcing Corp., specializing in database management and report preparation. Benjo transitioned to a Customer Service Agent role at Sykes Asia Incorporated, focusing on account maintenance and basic technical inquiries for Verizon customers. Most recently, they joined Peak Outsourcing in 2021 as a Records Support Specialist and advanced to the position of Operations Team Leader, overseeing a team of employees and ensuring their productivity and job completion. Benjo Julian has demonstrated a strong background in customer service, team leadership, and administrative roles throughout their career.

Benjo Julian has a diverse education history. In 2009, they began pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Capiz State University Dayao Campus, which they completed in 2013. In 2015, they attended the Ateneo de Manila University's Ateneo Summer Programming Camp 2015, where they gained valuable knowledge and skills in computer programming. Continuing their education, Benjo pursued a Bachelor of Secondary Education at Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion from 2016 to 2017, focusing on educational units.

In addition to their formal education, Benjo has obtained several certifications. Benjo holds a Coaching Certification from Peak Outsourcing, which they acquired in January 2022. Furthermore, they have a Certificate of Training in Computer Programming NC IV from Capiz State University Dayao Campus. Benjo also possesses certifications in Computer Systems Servicing NC II and National Competency II in Computer Hardware Servicing, acquired from TESDA: Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
