Samantha Humes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Samantha started their career in 2008 as an Operations Team Lead at Beacon Bingo Club. In 2013, they moved to Voyse International, where they worked as a Team Lead until 2016. From 2017 to 2018, Samantha worked at P.R.O.T.O as a Secretariat, where they organized and liaised between clients, sponsors, and schools for sports and tutoring programs. In 2018, they joined RCCbpo as a Trainer, responsible for training call center agents. Samantha later took on the role of Program Manager, managing all elements of the call center program. Their responsibilities included aligning training with client goals, managing staff and leadership, and designing training and development plans. Samantha's most recent position was at Peak Outsourcing, where they started in 2023 as an Operations Manager.

Samantha Humes has a diverse education history. Samantha first attended The University of the West Indies, where they studied Youth Development in an unspecified time frame. Afterward, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued an Associate's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, and English Language and Literature, General at Greenhead College. Finally, from 2008 to 2010, they enrolled at Middlesex University, earning a degree in Social Sciences with a focus on psychology and criminology.
