As the founder and co-chair of the Product Management Festival, Adrian has been instrumental in shaping the future of product management on a global scale. With a strong background at SwissQ Consulting AG, where Adrian led the organization through significant growth and an M&A process, Adrian also chairs the European conferences Business Agility Day and Agile Leadership Day, focusing on business transformation and agile management. Adrian holds an MBA from The Open University and various credentials in corporate governance and leadership from IMD and the University of St.Gallen.
