Derek Sloane

Derek Sloane is currently the Owner's Representative at Peak Projects, a position they have held since 2025. They have a diverse background in architecture and project management, including roles at notable firms such as Walker Workshop and Rios Clementi Hale Studios, where they managed significant projects including residential developments and master planning initiatives. Derek also served as a Graduate Student Instructor and Intermittent Lecturer at the University of Michigan, where they facilitated learning in structural concepts. They hold a BFA in Photography, a BSE in Electrical Engineering, and an M.Arch. in Architecture, all from the University of Michigan and the School of Visual Arts.
