Shane Slusser is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. Since June 2021, Shane has served as the Owner’s Representative at Thompson Thrift, where responsibilities include project management and overall job oversight. Prior project management experience includes roles at PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC, and Executive Construction Inc., focusing on project scheduling, job accounting, budgeting, and job closeout. Prior to these management roles, Shane gained hands-on experience at BT Slusser Farms, performing construction, electrical work, and equipment maintenance, as well as internships at Gaylor Electric, Inc. and RWM Enterprises, where skills in electrical services and residential improvement/remodeling were developed. Additional early experience includes work as a Crane Operator/Rigger at Heartland Crane and Rigging LLC.

John Thompson and Paul Thrift began laying plans for their business partnership while attending Indiana State University. Those plans came to fruition in 1986 with the founding of Thompson Thrift.
