Prior positions include Vice President of Strategy & Operations at NorCal Cannabis Co, where responsibilities included scaling business operations and developing expansion plans, and Head of Operations at Indigo River LLC, where Erik built a cannabis delivery business from inception to acquisition. Erik's background also includes significant roles at Restoration Hardware and Gymboree, where strategic planning and operations drove business success.
