Erin Hayes

Erin Hayes currently serves as Regional Principal for Mountain West at Peak Projects since September 2022, following a long tenure as Vice President at Big Sky Build, Inc., from September 2005 to September 2022, where luxury home building was the primary focus. Erin also founded and presided over Alpine Property Management, Inc. from May 2003 to May 2005, establishing the largest full-service property management company in Big Sky, MT. Previously, Erin was a partner and project manager at Confluence Development Partners, LLC, from January 2001 to December 2003, specializing in land acquisition and residential building. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Sports Administration from Ohio University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
