Stephen Moss

Stephen Moss is a Senior Protein Scientist at Peak Proteins since October 2021, with prior experience as a Senior Scientist at Domainex from January 2020 to October 2021. Stephen began in the field as a Placement Scientist at Syngenta from August 2014 to August 2015, focusing on the development of an assay for fungal lipid characterization using two-dimensional gas chromatography. Academically, Stephen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Doctor of Philosophy in Protein Science, both from the University of Bath, with the PhD completed between 2016 and 2019.
